    Are you trading company or manufacturer?

    We are a flexible bag packaging project established in 2012, with a well-established RADE team for international service.

    How do we trust your machine ?

    1. Our designers will create a packaging solution for your equipment based on your product characteristics and factory requirements.
    2. After experimentation and testing, we will determine the detailed customization requirements for your packaging equipment.
    3. Before delivery, there will be at least 3 hours of continuous operation, during which our FAT personnel will conduct various acceptance checks and send you an acceptance video for confirmation (on-site acceptance at our factory is welcome).
    4. We support certifications from organizations such as SGS, and our equipment complies with ISO/UL/CAS/EAC standards.
    5. Multiple dispatched after-sales engineers will provide on-site installation and commissioning services.

    Where is your factory?

    Boevan site in:No. 6818, Daye Road, Fengxian District, Shanghai (Building 10, VanYang Sci-Tech Park)

    How far is your factory from airport?

    About one hour. If you make a reservation in advance, we will arrange pick-up and drop-off service.

    What do you offer after-sales service?

    One-year warranty and maintenance of life.
    12 hours online after-sales service.
    Of course, we can also provide local after-sales service; if needed, we have several engineers available for on-site service.

    What is your terms of payment ?

    50% of the total contract amount is to be T/T into assigned account at the period of 5 working days after the Purchase contract is signed.

    50% of the balance must to be made via T/T of the remainder balance amount of the purchase contract before the ordered equipment(s) is to be delivered 10 working days prior of the shipment.

    Hello, our packaging machine is suitable for applications in the Beverage, Chemical, and Food industries. No matter for powder,granule, liquid,viscous liquid, block, stick, etc., perfect packaging solution can be offered here according to your product characteristics.

    What services can you provide for me?

    1. Customized equipment service: Since everyone's product and packaging needs are different, after testing and trialing your product, we will provide customized equipment services to meet your requirements.

    2. Complete pouch packaging production solutions: We will customize solutions for you based on your factory area and stage of development, including packaging solutions from product to product packaging, display packaging, and transport packaging.

    3. After the solution is finalized, we will proceed with equipment production and debugging to ensure stable production.
