Independent Film Unwinding Fevice
Automatically align film position during machine operation,avoid the problem of pouch sealing misalignment Servo motor controlled film release. Control the film release speed and tension, make the film running in a suitable tension.
One film roll can keep running about 30-40mins,and change another new film roll need around 5mins,easy to adjust
Photocell(For Detecting The Eye Mark).
The first photocell function:Automatic film aligning function. Through detecting the eye mark to ensure the film run in the right position. Communicates with touch screen and second eye mark.
The second photocell function:Cut at the correct position through detecting the eye mark.
Independent Sealing Device And Film Guide Rod
When you change bag width,need change the bottom sealing device.two sets vertical seal,Guarantee the vertical seal much strong.
The film guide rod avoid the film run to the uncorrect position.
Irregular Shape Blade
Punching the corner spout shape.
Control the blade angleto change of shear direction.
Spout Insert And Three Times Hot Sealing Device
The spout is pre-heated before inserting, to make sure the spout fit with the film better.
The spout seal device is designed according to the spout shape, its shape is the same with the spout.
Seal the spout for three times,one pre-heat,one hot,one cold,sealing much stronger
Air Flashing Device
etect if the bag open in a good situation. If the pouch is not opening well, the next steps will not work, no filling and no sealing, if it happens for 3 times in a row, the machine will be alarmed and stop running.
Air blow to make sure the pouch opens completely.
This device need to be changed when you change the bag size.
Two Filling Stations
The filling nozzle can feature different functions according to different kinds of liquid such as anti-dropping function, defoaming function, suck back function and servo lifting function is for option.
If your filling volume is more than 300ml, we will choose 2 sets of filling nozzles. The accuracy and the speed will be higer if use two filling nozzles.
Top Seal Device
Two sets of top sealing device,one hot seal and one cold seal,make the seal more stronger
